Right now our company is offering your firm a maintenance inspection schedule program which will consist of an inspection of all mechanical equipment and systems that is needed to run a building. i.e., such as plumbing ventilation, heating, cooling, and electrical. In order to establish a preventative maintenance schedule program for each of your buildings or establishments. An initial inspection will have to be made by one of our technicians on an hourly bases per building ( for the cost of inspection only) , after accomplishment of the inspection a mechanical report will be made in order to establish a cost for the yearly contract or the time agreed upon in the contract.
